LUMEN CO. — Return & Refund Policy

At LUMEN CO., every item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is sent into production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Production Policy
All products are custom-made through our print-on-demand process. Once production has started, the order is final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number  
- A clear photo of the issue  

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Sizing Responsibility
Please review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
